Emperor Nicholas Kaos of Pacem breaks off mutual recognition

Late in the evening Emperor Nicholas Kaos of Pacem contacted the king wanting to end the mutual recognition agreement with Elmguard. Emperor Nicholas' reasoning for this was "The Elmguardian and Pacemian relations have not been active at all". The king however did not know that he needed to stay in contact with Pacem with only a mutual recognition statement. The King stated later "I bear no ill will against Emperor Nicholas Kaos or Pacem. It is my belief that there was a misunderstanding on both our parts, but I hope we can move foreword in this".
