Elmguard recognizes The Tower City State

The King spoke with Stato della Città della Torre to establish mutual recognition with each other. The Tower City State claimed independence from Italy on September 20, 2016. They have a total population of 38.

Later Fabrizio I and Enikő I, the two state Captains honored the king by granting him into The Order of the White Star.
